Dr Chris Olukanni
DIRECTOR, Senior GP
With over 21 years in healthcare,
Dr Olukanni has a specialist interest in GP Education, Allied Health Professional Development and also Minor Surgery &
Acute / Urgent care.
Additionally, Dr Chris is a local PCN Clinical Director in Tilbury.
Sharon Hogarth
Non-Clinical director
Sharon has extensive high quality operational and strategic Leadership and Management experience spanning over some 30yrs.
Dedicated to excellence she has a proven track record of driving positive change, fostering innovation, and pushing boundaries, which continue to shape the future of primary care.
Leading on service redesign, change management, quality improvement, workforce and governance Sharon is committed to a multidisciplinary, multi-agency approach to system change in order to meet the challenges of delivering safe and sustainable services for local people and is keen to link in with like-minded partners to modernise access to primary care and advance the vision for outstanding population health.
